In order to keep up some sort of predictive structure for meetings, the council has created the following guidelines for each meeting:
Each meeting will be started formally by an officer, generally the Vice President
Any new members should be allowed the option to introduce themselves
Any administrative news should be covered before the presentation
There should be space for questions at the end of the presentation
Any after meeting activities should be announced, as a general invitation
The presenter should create a powerpoint, but it is option if they want to use it during the presentation
Each meeting will be filmed, and the presenter should keep this in mind during his presentation. This means that he/she should repeat questions from the audience, speak loudly, and attempt to use graphics that are easily visible or exaggerated.
If the presenter is using the shell to do any demonstration, then the presenter must use
Script
The powerpoint, in both ODP (or similar
OSS format) and
PDF formats
A copy of any configuration files created or modified during the presentation. These may be redacted for your privacy.
A copy of the output of
Script
A reduced size copy of the meeting film, encoded in an open format such as Ogg/Theora
